One of the most important questions of our customers is: “What kind of glass package should the windows be equipped with: two-layer or three-layer?”
A two-layer glass package is the most common and popular option for houses and apartments in our country, as in most foreign countries. They consist of two glass panels between which is noble argon gas. The combination of these components provides very good thermal and sound insulation, retains more heat in the winter inside the room, while in summer it reflects solar radiation and blocks part of the UV radiation that is harmful to all of us.
The three-layer glass package consists of three glass panels between which there is a noble argon gas. If you want even better thermal and sound insulation, this is the right choice for you. Additional glass provides structural strength and resistance to strong meteorological (un) conditions. Also, they better prevent the entry of harmful solar UV radiation.
Whichever package you choose, you won’t go wrong. Modern glass is extremely efficient in terms of thermal and acoustic insulation.
